Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free plan or trial?
No. You can upload and convert a file without paying or signing up, so you know the conversion worked — but downloading the result needs a Day Pass or a subscription. The cheapest way to get one file is the $1.99 Day Pass.
Which plan should I pick?
Day Pass is a $1.99 one-time payment for 24 hours of unlimited conversions — no auto-renewal. Monthly is $4.99/month and Yearly is $39.99/year, both unlimited. Pick Day Pass for a one-off job; subscribe if you convert files regularly.
What if I pay and can't download my file?
We only ask for payment once your file has been converted and is stored ready to download, and your plan covers unlimited re-conversions. If something still goes wrong, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund you — no forms, no arguments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and we email you a reminder 7 days before every renewal so you're never surprised.
What's your refund policy?
If you were charged by accident — a renewal you meant to cancel, a duplicate payment, a file that wouldn't download — email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Contact us via the contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, with PayPal available as an alternative for the Day Pass.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All files are encrypted in transit. Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours, converted files within 7 days, and download links expire after 1 hour.
