7. Subscription Services

7.2 Billing and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading files, you grant ConvertZen a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and convert your files as requested
• Store files temporarily during processing
• Delete files after the processing period

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content you upload.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of conversions
• Warranties that files will be converted perfectly or without any quality loss

We do not guarantee that conversions will be perfect or that all formatting will be preserved. Complex documents may require manual adjustments after conversion.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVERTZEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
